BRIEFING:

The magic square of Mercury, unfolding mathematical patterns within 64(8X8; 2⁶) squares, is the alchemical chess board as well as an Yijing oracle of divination, and a binary genetic code. The formula for genetic design was routinely consulted and intuitively interpreted by alchemists on the path of becoming a sage.

All stages are interconnected realities of space-time continuum, expanded from the mind of the ecstatic wanderer in the present moment (the center stage), through the interpretations of the eternal bone oracle code.

3)     Chess match begins: placement of piece initiates the cessation of wandering to consult the appropriate yijing oracle and the announcement of kickboxing technique and consequential result

a)     Deciding to move; other player is playing while waiting; after move, player calls out move to kickboxers and monkey calls out magic square number to ecstatic wanderer

b)     Ecstatic Wandering; breaking silence to read corresponding hexagram of magic square followed by a ringing of a bell

c)     Mutant Kickboxing; maneuver execution upon piece movement; consequential damage

4)     Cosmic Ocean: ends the divination performance @20min. flat

 

THREE SIMULTANEOUS STAGES: (numbered in action sequence)

1)     Past Stage (Left)- Monkey vs. Angel in Chess for Immortality: monkey-king plays taijidao to baxiangong music while waiting for the Divine Guardian Princess to move; Divine Guardian princess plays the harp, sings, and blows bubbles while waiting; [once move is done, the player calls out the move for the kickboxers; then the monkey-king calls out the oracle square number for the ecstatic wanderer; then the music stops and alternates]; [back drop: video of live chess game and projected slide of magic square of Mercury]

2)     Future Stage (Right)- Mutant Kickboxing Championship 2500: one step melee combat between high-tech and armed/armored mutants engaged in death sport controlled by chess board moves; each fighter is controlled like a puppet by chess players [back drop: projected slide of ring]

·        8 Shield-Armor (defense) = 8 Pawns (covering all areas below for one hit; pawn designates body area according to its original position on the chess in relation to the pertaining linear backfield piece)

·        Legs (kick) = Rooks

·        Swords (strike) = Knights/Dragons

·        Arms (punch) = Bishops

·        Center (take down) = Queen

·        Heart (kill) = King

 

Five Elements of Movement:

·        Advance = Wood

·        Overtaking = Fire

·        Reinforcing/Lock = Earth

·        Consolidating/Block = Metal

     Dragon Movement: moves in eight directions (bagua)

3)     Present Stage (Center)- Ecstatic Wanderer: the ecstatic wanderer on the astral path of immortality is seated in meditation (practicing internal alchemy), breaking silence after the chess piece moves, to interpret the alchemically guiding yijing hexagram of the square on the chess board moved to; after the oracle is read aloud, a bell is rung (symbolizing a little enlightenment on the alchemical journey); then the wanderer returns to silent meditation

Finale: game abruptly ended when the pieces are knocked over by a cosmic ocean wave [played by someone who carries a bucket of water]; at which time all players face the front simultaneously and bow to the audience

 

INTRO-NARRATION:

All stages are interconnected in time-space continuum through the eternal bone oracle code. The three stages demonstrate an echo of interactive realities throughout space-time continuum.

 

Past Stage (Left) [1]: Monkey vs. Angel in Chess for Immortality

(This stage generates the paradigm)

In remote antiquity,

shortly after the creation of the monkey-god hybrid,

or human slave,

a patriarch sage-king,

was genetically mastered with the divine seed of his creator,

chief scientist of the guardians,

Lord of the Earth and Sea,

endowing him with the ability to procreate,

so that human slaves could be produced more rapidly,

and the seven birth goddesses could be relieved of their reproductive duties.

Consequently, the sage-king spawned a genetic line of priests,

who inherited the wisdom of the celestial breath,

enabling spiritual evolution,

and hence psychic communication with the guardians of the planetary portals.

 

The patriarch sage-king,

With his inherited psionic faculties of perceiving the archetypal realm,

deciphered a diagram of alchemical significance,

which appeared as a natural pattern on a turtle’s bone clad dish while surfacing in a sacred river.

 

Through mathematical formulation,

the patriarch expanded the diagram,

consisting of eight possible binary combinations,

into 64 possibilities.

The exploration of the meaning of these possibilities,

led to his invention of the game board relic (the chess board),

bearing the magic square of Mercury.

 

The 64 squares of the game board corresponded directly with the number of codon sets in a DNA strand.

Therefore, the oracle code of divination,

guided the genetic transmutation of the self through alchemical practice to approach immortality.

 

Realizing this, the patriarch decided

to liberate his fellow race from dependence on tangibility,

by utilizing his inherent alchemical design

to transcend the human condition into the n^th dimension.

 

Even though the patriarch sage-king was coaxed into denying the possibility for immortality,

in order that he remain as an intermediary king between gods and men,

he disregarded the concealed command,

and innately journeyed forward,

with the oracle game relic,

on an arduous astral journey to a city situated on a holy mount,

to challenge his maker.

The challenge would test the worthiness of the patriarch’s psychic rank to surpass the realm of the “immortals.”

The key for unlocking the transcendental portal,

would depend on the intuitive success of interpreting the relic’s hidden mathematical patterns,

known as the bone oracle code. 

 

Future Stage (Right) [2]: Mutant Kickboxing Championship of the 25^th Century;

due to the imperfections of genetic technological upgrade,

and minor nuclear cataclysms,

humanity suffered from a plethora of genetic mutations.

Regarded as social outcasts,

the only place in society for mutants were genetic experimentation

and death sport.

 

(The mutant kickboxers will perform maneuvers in a one-step melee combat during a death-sport championship to the rhythm of the chess game; a kickboxer represents a chess player’s puppet, with each body part representing a chess piece; each kickboxer is equipped with two swords/weapons (knights), and armor for each body area which is designated by a chess piece (see above). A piece of armor is destroyed after one hit (or a pawn is taken); after the armor has been penetrated the body area becomes injured upon the taking of its corresponding chess piece (see designations above)]

 

Present Stage (Center) [3]: Ecstatic Wanderer
